Qualifications

  • Two (2) years of experience in school nursing.
  • Three (3) years of experience planning and/or implementing Public Health programs.
  • BSN is preferred.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Experience Working With Electronic Health Records preferred.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
  • Occasional work outside standard hours may be required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

Additional Preferences


  • Frequent state and regional travel required. Occasional out-of-state travel is required for training purposes. Must have a valid driver’s license.

  • This office will be located in the Farmington Northwest Education Cooperative building.

  • A BSN is preferred.

  • Two (2) years of experience in school nursing.

  • Three (3) years of experience planning and/or implementing Public Health programs.

  • Experience Presenting And/or Communication To Multidisciplinary Preferred.

  • Occasional work, including but not limited to phone calls, outside of standard business hours may be required.

  • CPR certification required.

  • Experience Working With Electronic Health Records Preferred.

  • Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.

  • Exposure to environmental hazards may occur.

  • Must be willing to complete Tobacco Treatment Specialist Training.

Job Summary

Minimum Qualifications
