A $25,000 sign-on bonus is available for candidates with 18+ months of Labor and Delivery experience.

The RN will deliver safe, compassionate nursing care, collaborate with the clinical team, and participate in performance improvement activities and education to support optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current IL nursing license required.
• BSN preferred; NLN-accredited program completed.
• BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers required.
• 2 years Labor and Delivery or acute care nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a plan of care with interventions to achieve expected outcomes.
• Assesses patient health data and communicates plan to patient, family, and team.
• Monitors patient progress and revises plan as needed.
• Educates patients and families on disease management and care plans.

The Registered Nurse will collaborates with nurses, physicians, and other members of the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care. **What you will do:*** Develops a plan of care that identifies interventions to achieve expected outcomes.
