Schedule

Evening Shift. Full Time. Benefit Eligible Role

Position Details

• No Dialysis experience required.
• Training may occur in a facility or a separate training location.
• Potential to float to various facilities during and after training.
• Must have a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What to Expect

• Work in a supportive, positive team environment with a small interdisciplinary team of clinicians.
• Deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities requiring tailored treatment plans.
• Oversee patient groups with support from PCTs, including patient observations and machine setup.
• Work in a fast-paced environment using your nursing skills and knowledge.
• Specialize in renal therapies such as Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, CRRT, and Apheresis.
• Work in hospital settings providing dialysis within various units (ICU, CCU, ED).
• Provide lifesaving care during scheduled and on-call shifts, with schedules known in advance but subject to change based on patient needs.
• DaVita’s Inpatient Dialysis Program is Joint Commission Accredited.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the practicing state.
• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N); B.S.N or a three-year diploma from an accredited program may also qualify.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is helpful but not required.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment color blind test; accommodations may be provided.

Salary/Wage Range
