Jobot is seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in Oncology and Chemotherapy in Corona, CA. This role focuses on expert consultation, care plan development, and direct patient care for cancer patients. Ideal candidates will have a BSN, 5+ years in oncology, RN licensure, and experience with EMR systems. On-site, 8am-2pm, Monday–Friday with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• 5+ years nursing experience with Oncology/Chemotherapy.
• BSN or related field required.
• OCN certification desired.
• Experience in patient education and advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation on cancer care, oncology, and chemotherapy to patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.

8. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Qualifications

1. Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
2. A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with a focus on Oncology and Chemotherapy.
3. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field.
4. Certification in Oncology Nursing (OCN) is highly desirable.
5. Proven experience in patient education and advocacy.
6. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex medical information in a clear and understandable manner.
7. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
9. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
10. Compassionate and caring demeanor with a strong commitment to patient care and privacy.
11. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest advancements and best practices in oncology and chemotherapy.
12. Ability to handle the physical and emotional demands of the job.
13. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
