Jobot is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) with a strong background in Oncology for a remote or hybrid role. The position offers full-time work on groundbreaking clinical trials in a biotech startup environment, collaborating with a skilled team to advance cancer therapies.

The ideal candidate holds a life-science degree, 3–5 years of Oncology CRA experience, and deep knowledge of FDA guidelines, with proficiency in trial management systems and solid tumors experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of Oncology experience as a CRA in biotech/pharma.
• Proven experience managing/co-managing clinical trials across phases.
• Thorough understanding of FDA regulations and guidelines for clinical research.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse teams.
• Proficient in clinical trial management systems.
• Experience with solid tumors is a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, implementation, and management of clinical trials from inception to completion.
• Ensure sites comply with study protocol, FDA regulations, and applicable guidance.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify data, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with investigators and staff to protect participant safety and rights.
• Prepare and review study documents such as protocols and case report forms.
• Coordinate with data management to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Contribute to the presentation of trial results to internal teams and regulators.

Job Details

We are seeking 1 Clinical Research Associate's (CRA) to join our biotech startup. This is a full-time position that offer the opportunity to work on groundbreaking clinical research projects. The successful candidate will have the chance to collaborate with a team of highly skilled professionals and contribute to the development of innovative medical treatments and therapies.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the oversight of the design, implementation, and management of clinical trials from inception to completion.
• Ensuring the clinical sites are compliant with the study protocol, FDA regulations, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Conducting site visits to assess the progress of the trials, verify data accuracy, and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Collaborating with investigators and other clinical staff to ensure the safety and rights of the participants are protected.
• Preparing and reviewing study-related documents such as protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms.
• Coordinating with the data management team to ensure the data collected is accurate and reliable.
• Participating in the preparation and presentation of clinical trial results to internal teams, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of Oncology experience as a Clinical Research Associate in the biotech/pharma space.
• Proven experience in managing/co-managing clinical trials, including experience with different phases of clinical research.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
• Proficient in using clinical trial management systems and other related software.
• Experience with solid tumors is a must.
