Qualifications

• Associates or BSN degree from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• A current unrestricted RN license in the state of practice (Pennsylvania) required.
• Two years of experience required.
• Two years of experience performing this role or a similar role.
• Candidate must possess or is able to obtain all necessary clearances and background checks to work with consumers and their supports.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Candidate must be open to travel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with other members of the team on the implementation of a recovery-oriented person-centered treatment and support plan.
• Performing physical health medical monitoring, assessment, etc.
• Supporting implementation of intensive therapeutic services in all types of settings, including but not limited to community living arrangements, schools, community settings, and natural support residences.

The Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team Registered Nurse shares in the responsibility of carrying out rehabilitation and support functions and assisting in treatment, substance abuse services, education, support and consultation to families and crisis intervention services under the clinical supervision of the Program Director and Psychiatrist. The DDTT Nurse is specifically responsible for physical health medical monitoring and education.

This candidate will be:

• Collaborating with other members of the team on the implementation of a recovery-oriented person-centered treatment and support plan.
• Performing physical health medical monitoring, assessment, etc.
• Supporting implementation of intensive therapeutic services in all types of settings, including but not limited to community living arrangements, schools, community settings, and natural support residences.
