Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to educate patients and care partners on peritoneal dialysis in a clinical setting in Wisconsin. You will train patients on PD procedures, assess progress, and independently manage a PD caseload while coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team.

This role requires ADN with BSN preferred, RN license in-state, and comfort with home visits and on-call support.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook).
• Dialysis experience preferred (PD, HHD, chronic or acute).
• Patient education or teaching background preferred.
• Case management or telehealth experience preferred.
• CNN or CDN certification preferred.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts.
• Ability to conduct home visits and provide on-call support.
