Job summary

Qualifications

• Accredited nursing degree and RN license.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop, implement, and monitor individualized healthcare plans.
• Monitor individuals’ health and respond to changes in condition using sound clinical judgment.

• Collaborate with physicians, medical centers, and other healthcare partners to coordinate care and achieve positive outcomes.
• Provide clinical oversight, guidance to staff to promote safe, high-quality care.

What You’ll Bring

Accredited degree in Nursing and a current state RN license.

Current CPR/First Aid certification.

At least one year of nursing experience.

Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.

A reliable, responsible, compassionate, and empathetic approach to care.

Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
