Job summary

Frederick Villa Healthcare in Maryland is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. Ideal candidates have nursing home experience and strong communication and observational skills to provide compassionate, professional care.

We offer a competitive pay package with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, benefits, PTO, and opportunities for shift differentials. The position requires Maryland RN license or compact, BLS/CPR, and 1–2 years of nursing home experience preferred.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Registered Nurse (RN)

• Current Maryland RN license or compact license.
• BLS and CPR certifications

• Proficient computer skills, especially with data entry. PCC experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of nursing care methods and health and safety guidelines
• Responsible and compassionate with outstanding organizational and communication skills
• Experience supervising GNAs and LPNs in a nursing home setting.
