Job summary

Centurion is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Illinois River Correctional Center in Canton, Illinois. The role involves holistic nursing care for incarcerated patients and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team under the DON and Nursing Supervisor.

Shifts include FT salary starting at $49.68/hr and PRN at $44.71/hr plus a $4 shift differential. Candidate must have an RN license (or be able to obtain one) and CPR certification.

Qualifications

Associate's degree required.
Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required.
Must be CPR certified.
Ability to obtain a security clearance including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of the DON and Nursing Supervisor.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs.
