Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in Washington/Greene Counties. You will deliver person-centered services, coordinate treatment activities, and provide crisis intervention under clinical supervision, aiding rehabilitation and skill development.

Expect to support psychiatrists with medication education and information flow. The role follows a Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school and hold PA RN license.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with individuals with mental illness.
• Valid PA driver's license.
• Knowledge of recovery principles.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centered services within the ACT team.
• Coordinate treatment activities, rehabilitation, and crisis interventions under supervision.
• Provide medication education and management to clients.

Position Details

The Registered Nurse plays a pivotal role in our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team, supporting rehabilitation, treatment, and crisis intervention under clinical supervision. Responsibilities encompass delivering person-centered services, coordinating treatment activities, providing supportive interventions, and facilitating skill development. As part of the ACT team, the Registered Nurse assists psychiatrists in administrative tasks, ensures the flow of medical information, and provides medication education and management to clients.
