Job summary

Somerfield Health Center at The Heritage at Brentwood, part of Heritage, is seeking full-time CNAs for a double weekend shift (Sat & Sun 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm). The role focuses on nursing care for senior residents, including hygiene, medication administration, vital signs, and daily activities in a 66-bed skilled facility.

TN CNA certification required; geriatric experience preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) and DailyPay; pre-employment background check

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Tennessee is required.
• Prior geriatric nursing home experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• As a CNA, provides quality nursing care to senior residents.
• Administers care to residents with various injuries, illnesses, or disabilities.
• Helps residents bathe and maintain proper hygiene.
• Feeds residents and ensures taking their medications.
• Monitors resident vital signs.
• Must be able to work two 8-hour shifts every weekend.

$21 per hour base pay + $10 per hour double weekend premium pay + $0.75 2nd shift differential as applicable
Double Weekend Shift - Every Saturday & Sunday 7am-3pm/3pm-11pm (32 hours per week)- This is NOT a Baylor shift
