Job summary

The Heritage at Brentwood is seeking hospitality-minded Nutrition Servers/Dietary Aides to assist in preparing and serving health center residents. A background in nutrition support and food service is valued, with responsibilities spanning meal service, setup, transport, and sanitation across the health center dining areas.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in food and nutrition operations in a health care setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of the Food Services Manager and Registered Dietician, Dietary Aides assist in preparing and serving therapeutic diet meals, salads, and desserts in the health center
• Sets up and breaks down tables in health center dining rooms after meals
• Transports foods and supplies to and from the health center
• Maintains station equipment and work area in safe and sanitary condition
• Works cooperatively with other food and beverage and nursing staff members in providing care and services to senior residents

Job description

Full-Time: $18/hr

Work Schedule: Flexible Availability, including weekends and holidays as scheduled

Job Responsibilities
