Job summary

Somerfield Health Center at The Heritage at Brentwood in TN is actively seeking full-time registered nurses for 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm and 7pm–7am). The RN base pay is $40.00 per hour, with a $0.75 per hour second-shift differential and an overnight premium of base pay plus $4.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Tennessee required
• At least 6 months’ experience in long-term care preferred
• Able to provide emotional, physical, and psychological support to senior residents
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
• Excellent communication skills, including empathy when sharing information
• Ability to work with frequent interruptions and attention to detail

• Manages accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls
