Job summary

Somerfield Health Center at The Heritage at Brentwood is seeking full-time LPNs to join our skilled nursing team in Brentwood, TN. Shifts run 12 hours (7am–7pm and 7pm–7am) with competitive base pay of $32.00/hr, plus a $0.75/hr second-shift differential and a $4.00/hr overnight premium on base pay.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN license in Tennessee required.
• At least 6 months’ experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to provide emotional, physical, and psychological support to senior residents.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a high-interruption environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises direct care of senior resident and nursing personnel on assigned shift.
• Manages accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls.
• Provides direct care as necessary and completes nursing rounds.
