Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services seeks a Registered Nurse for a long-term and post-acute care setting. You will provide resident-centered clinical care, perform assessments, participate in care plan development, and administer medications.

You will monitor residents, document changes, educate families, mentor CNAs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery, dignity, and quality of life. Commitment to ongoing professional growth is expected.
