Job summary

The RN will interact with the entire home care team is responsible for direct patient care. There is an option for the Part-time/ Per Diem RN to case manage as well. The ideal candidate must have a current NJ RN License; a minimum of 1 years home healthcare or equivalent experience (medical surgical care), excellent clinical, communication and organizational skills. This position may be weekend to perform starts of care / admissions and is flexible with hours desired.
