Mercer Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Per Diem RN Home Care Nurse to join our team. The RN will provide direct patient care and may case manage. This role may involve starts of care/admissions on weekends and requires flexibility with hours.

Ideal candidates hold a current NJ RN license and have at least 1 year of home health or equivalent clinical experience, with strong communication and organizational skills and basic computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have a current NJ RN License.
