Proforma Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for travel staffing opportunities to serve underserved communities.

The role involves delivering comprehensive patient care across all phases, collaborating with physicians and inter-professional teams, and coordinating assessments, education, triage, and interventions. Ideal candidates hold a BSN (preferred), an active RN license, and at least one year of nursing experience with six months in travel roles.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Hold an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.
• Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
• Maintain required competencies and certifications.
