Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) in Ohio for a full-time role across day and night shifts within a large healthcare system serving the community for over 180 years. You will provide direct nursing care to adults in acute care and rehab, perform telemetry monitoring, and administer IV medications and blood products.

The position requires an active Ohio RN license, a graduate nursing degree, and BLS certification (AHA) within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio is required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS (AHA) certification required or obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in acute care and rehab settings.
• Perform telemetry and cardiac monitoring.
• Administer IV medications, blood products, and pain management therapies.
• Conduct neurological assessments and patient/family education.
• Support mobility, transfers, wound care, and rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams.
