Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in acute care and rehab.
• Perform telemetry and cardiac monitoring.
• Administer IV medications and manage pain therapies.
• Conduct neurological assessments and educate patients and families.
• Support mobility, transfers, wound care and rehab goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams.

Qualifications
