Job summary

Quality Talent Group is assisting a major Ohio healthcare system in Avon Lake seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a full-time team with flexible day/night shifts.

You will provide direct care in acute care and rehab, perform telemetry monitoring, administer IV medications, and educate patients and families while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS (AHA) required or obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in acute care and rehab settings.
• Perform telemetry and cardiac monitoring.
• Administer IV medications, blood products, and pain management therapies.
• Conduct neurological assessments and patient/family education.
• Support mobility, transfers, wound care, and rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams.
