Sinai Hospital’s Orthopedic Unit, part of LifeBridge Health, is a 50-bed acute care unit that partners with the Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics to deliver pre- and post-surgical care. Sinai Hospital's Orthopedic Unit is a 50-bed acute care medical/surgical unit that partners closely with the Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics for pre- and post-surgical care.
Under the direction of the unit manager, this role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct age-appropriate clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
Pay Range: $37.15 to $58.33 Based On Experience
