Brooke Knoll Village in Avon, Indiana seeks Licensed Nurses to supervise staff and provide total care to residents per physician orders and facility policies. Nurses will lead unit teams, assess residents, and contribute to care planning while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and Indiana licensure, with preference for 1 year in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least one year’s experience in Long Term Care or related field.
• Must display good emotional health and be capable of extended periods of standing, bending and heavy lifting.
• Ability to maintain professional attitude, including confidentiality, concern for all people, cooperativeness and conscientious use of time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage personnel on the unit.
• Be responsible for total care of all residents on the unit and supervise direct care staff to ensure residents’ needs are met.
• Review daily nursing assignments to ensure duties align with ability and training.
• Initiate and update the nursing care plan for residents on the unit.

About the Role:

Brooke Knoll Village is seeking Licensed Nurses-

• To supervise/manage personnel on his/her unit
