Job summary

Rock Creek Care Center in Auburn, CA is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for the NOC shift. The role offers hourly pay starting at $47/hr and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k) option.

You will supervise and mentor a nursing team, coordinate daily nursing activities, and ensure high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive, collaborative environment. An RN license in CA is required.

Qualifications

• Current and in good standing RN license in the State of California.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident-centered care.
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the nursing team during your shift to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Oversee and coordinate daily nursing activities in compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, provide direct nursing care, and respond promptly to changes in status.
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, and families to ensure individualized care plans are followed.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and charting in accordance with professional standards.
• Support and mentor CNAs and LVNs, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance throughout your shift.
