Haven of Arcola is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team in Arcola, Illinois. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with a new wage range of $38 to $43 per hour and consistent scheduling focused on resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Ensure compliance with Illinois nursing standards and facility policies
• Respond to changes in resident conditions and provide clinical leadership during your shift
