Job summary

Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for West Anaheim, CA in the Emergency Department. The position is per diem nights with 26 weeks of assignment. You will deliver direct patient care, monitor patients, and coordinate with physicians.

Requirements include an active RN license, BLS, ACLS and PALS certificates at hire, plus 1 year ED experience. Perks include weekly pay and partnership with award-winning hospitals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process in the Med/Surg/Telemetry Unit.
• Direct and guide patient and family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the physician and respond to changes promptly.

Pay: up to $896- $1,008 gross pay per shift ; equivalent to $64- $72.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice. The Registered Nurse also directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in the Med/Surg/Telemetry Unit. The Registered Nurse is directly responsible and accountable for the care given to their assigned patients. They communicate with the physician about changes in the patient’s clinical condition including cardiac monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment.

Pay Transparency

Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $64.00 to $72.00. This compensation estimate is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
