TruHeart Home Health - Ada seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver in-home patient care in the Ada area. You will assess, plan, and implement care, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and support families to promote comfort and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing for RN.
• One or more years of experience in home health or hospital setting.
• Current Oklahoma RN license, CPR, driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to determine patient needs and develop care plans.
