Cygnet Lodge Kenton is seeking an experienced RMN/RNLD to join our female high support inpatient rehabilitation service in London. The role covers 38.5 hours weekly with day and night shifts, working pattern from 7.30am-8pm and 7.30pm-8am, to support recovery-focused care.

You will provide clinical leadership, complete insightful reports, and collaborate with the team to maintain high-quality care plans, while following NMC guidelines and safeguarding residents.

Qualifications

• Current NMC Pin Number and active nursing registration.
• Experience as RMN or RNLD with mental health focus.
• Commitment to patient recovery and risk management.
• Ability to maintain documentation and audits.

Responsabilités

• Produce outstanding written reports based on nursing assessments and observations.
• Work with management to develop the service, audit, and improve quality.
• Attend training and CPD to further knowledge and promote nursing.
• Ensure care plans are complete and maintained with residents and staff.
• Administer medicines in line with guidelines.

We are seeking an experienced and progressive Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) / Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You will be expected to work 38.5 hours a week, working days and night shifts.

The working pattern is 7.30am to 8pm for a day shift and 19.30pm to 8am for a night shift.

Cygnet Lodge Kenton, in North-West London, is a female high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) service that provides a care pathway for service users who are preparing to step down and help bridge the gap between hospital stays and community living. Our service provides a high level of support and uses a recovery focused model.

Cygnet Lodge Kenton provides treatment for up to 15 women experiencing complex mental illness. The service helps them to re-establish and develop the skills they need to progress over a period of 12-18 months. We accept referrals from low secure services, acute wards, PICU and other mental health rehabilitation services.

Your day-to-day…

• Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments & observations
• Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, & improve quality
• Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursing
• Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with residents, relatives & other healthcare professionals
• Administer medicines within healthcare procedure & Healthcare Commission guidelines

An experienced RMN/RNLD with a current Pin Number, you'll have
