Job summary

Holston Senior Living in Wytheville, Virginia, is seeking a Registered Medication Aide (RMA) for a full-time role with shift options 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am and pay rates from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, plus applicable shift diffs.

Responsibilities include administering medications, helping residents with daily activities, reporting health changes, and maintaining accurate med records, all while delivering compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Medication Aide (RMA) in VA.
• Must hold a valid PCA certificate or Nurse Aide (NA) certificate.
• Must have current CPR certification.
• Previous experience in senior living or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
