Job summary

The Landmark Center (ALF) in Stuart, Virginia is seeking a Registered Medication Aide (RMA) to safely administer medications, monitor residents, and assist with daily living activities in a warm, home-like setting.

Shifts Available: 7:00 am -7:00pm

Rate of pay: $18.00 hour Min to $20.58 hour Max

Position Summary

The Registered Medication Aide is responsible for safely and accurately administering medications, monitoring residents, and assisting with daily living activities as needed — all while maintaining a positive and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and document medications in accordance with state regulations and facility policy.
• Observe residents for side effects, changes in condition, or unusual reactions and report promptly to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities as needed.
• Support residents’ emotional and social well-being through compassionate interactions.
• Maintain accurate medication records and uphold confidentiality.
• Promote safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming community atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification in the State of VA.
• Prior experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Senior Living preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused.
