You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive quality standards, regulatory compliance with CQC, and develop the team to provide person-centred care, while managing occupancy and budgets.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience within a residential care setting.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• A passion for delivering outstanding care and resident outcomes.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care, or willingness to achieve this.

Delphi Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Registered Manager to lead a well-established residential care home in Epping.

The Role
