American Addiction Centers is seeking a Registered Dietitian to lead nutrition education for adults in a treatment setting. You will plan menus, deliver nutrition classes, assess clients, and collaborate with the culinary team to ensure balanced meals and safety.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Dietetics/Nutrition and RD licensure, with strong knowledge of nutrition and experience teaching others. Food safety, MS Word/Excel/Outlook proficiency, and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Must be a Registered Dietitian in the state of employment.
• Extensive knowledge of nutrition and ability to teach principles to others.

Responsibilities

• Plans menus for clients; publishes 4x/week.
• Prepares and delivers nutrition education classes 3x/week.
• Completes nutrition assessments and documents meal plans.
• Guides kitchen staff on menu, prep, and cleanliness.
