Job summary

Eating Recovery Center in Colorado is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide medical nutrition therapy to patients recovering from eating disorders. You will educate patients and families on meal plans, document interventions, and work with the treatment team to optimize care.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Graduate degree preferred), a valid US driver license, and current RD/RDN credential with state licensure. Experience levels vary by level, from entry to senior roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; a graduate degree is preferred.
• Current RD/RDN credential with national certification is required.
• Current state dietitian/nutritionist license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides medical nutrition therapy to patients with eating disorders by assessing nutritional status and creating meal plans.
• Provides individualized nutrition counseling to patients and families to achieve goals.
• Documents interventions, sessions, and meal plans.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to coordinate treatment plans and participates in team meetings.
