CSR Nutrition is seeking a Texas-licensed Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition care across long-term, assisted, and independent living settings. You will perform comprehensive nutrition assessments, deliver MNT, and document via EMR while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Perform Comprehensive Nutrition Assessments and interventions
Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) in alignment with CMS and AHCA standards
Complete charting for initials, quarterlies, annuals, post-hospitalizations, and significant changes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in IDT meetings
Conduct audits (kitchen, supplements, dining) and lead QAPI initiatives
Provide oversight of dietary services and ensure accurate menu implementation
Offer telehealth consults and document using EMR systems and NFPE practices
Texas-licensed Registered Dietitian
Experience in long-term care preferred
Team-oriented with strong communication and documentation skills
