Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite)

Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $30-$35/hour

We are hiring a passionate Registered Dietitian/RD Eligible Candidates to provide clinical nutrition services across multiple rehabilitation, and veteran care facilities in the San Antonio, TX area. What You’ll Do

• Conduct nutrition assessments, identify malnutrition risk, and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
• Provide medical nutrition therapy for geriatric, rehabilitation, post-acute, and veteran populations, including nutrition support and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and dietary teams to improve patient outcomes through interdisciplinary care.
• Manage nutrition consults, educate patients and staff, and help improve health outcomes through the power of Food as Medicine.
