Qualifications

RDN or RD2Be status (RDN or RD2Be).
Entry-level or experienced candidates passionate about nutrition and patient care.
Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

Perform nutrition assessments and patient care planning.
Monitor and manage patients needing tube feeding, dialysis nutrition, wound care, weight management, and other high-risk interventions.
Educate patients on nutrition to promote wellness.
Collaborate with RDs, Physicians, Speech & Occupational Therapists.
Communicate nutrition concerns to the interdisciplinary care team to support positive outcomes.
Advance patient outcomes using Food as Medicine.

Nutritious Lifestyles is hiring an Registered Dietitian (RDN) or RDN2Be to join our team and provide nutritional care to patients and clients using food as medicine. What You\'ll Do

Nutrition assessments and patient care planning.
Monitor and manage patients requiring tube feeding, dialysis nutrition, wound care, weight management, and other high-risk nutrition interventions.
Educate patients regarding nutrition to promote wellness.
Collaborate with RDs, Physicians, Speech & Occupational Therapists.
Communicate significant nutrition concerns effectively to the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes.
Help improve patient outcomes using “Food as Medicine”.
