What You’ll Do

• 1. Provide Nutrition assessments and patient care planning in rehab setting.
• 2. Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy to patients in a rehabilitation setting, supporting recovery, healing, and improved quality of life through the power of Food as Medicine.
• 3. Educate patients regarding nutrition to promote wellness.
• 4. Collaborate with RDs, Physicians, Speech & Occupational Therapists.
