Nutritious Lifestyles is hiring a Registered Dietitian (RDN or RDN2Be) to join our team and provide nutritional care to patients and clients using food as medicine.

You’ll assess nutrition, manage care, educate patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to improve outcomes. Enjoy autonomy, mentorship, and a flexible hybrid schedule with relocation support and bonuses.

Responsabilités

• Nutrition assessments and patient care planning.
• Monitor and manage patients requiring tube feeding, dialysis nutrition, wound care, weight management, and other high-risk nutrition interventions.
• Educate patients regarding nutrition to promote wellness.
• Collaborate with RDs, Physicians, Speech & Occupational Therapists.
• Communicate significant nutrition concerns effectively to the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes.
• Help improve patient outcomes using “Food as Medicine”.
