Nutritious Lifestyles, LLC. in San Angelo, TX is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RDN) or RD2Be for a full-time role. Starting pay is $35/hour plus higher wages based on credentials and experience, with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000.

You will conduct nutrition assessments, develop care plans, provide medical nutrition therapy, monitor progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a Food as Medicine model.

Qualifications

Registered Dietitians (RDN) or RD2Be / RD eligible candidates.
Graduating dietetic interns with no experience are welcome.
Entry-level candidates passionate about clinical nutrition and patient care.
Experienced RDNs seeking career advancement welcome.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
Provide medical nutrition therapy to improve patient health through Food as Medicine.
Monitor patients' nutritional status and recommend interventions.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, speech and occupational therapists, and other teams.
Provide nutrition education to patients, families, and facility staff.
