Bayview Center is hiring Registered Dietitians (RD) for full‑time and part‑time roles in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will conduct resident nutrition assessments and develop care plans, while delivering counseling to residents, families, and staff.

• Prior SNF or long‑term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutritional assessments for residents in SNF settings.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized nutrition care plans.
• Provide nutrition counseling and education to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and dietary teams for coordinated care.
• Document assessments and progress per regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and SNF dietary regulations.
• Support food service operations to maintain quality and resident satisfaction.
• Full-time RD: coverage includes two additional facilities as needed.
• Part-time RD: provide 24 hours per week of dietetic coverage.
