Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge, CO seeks a Registered Dietitian Clinical to deliver medical nutrition therapy and document assessments. The role supports care across the healthcare continuum and collaborates with other dietitians and providers.
Required credentials include RD eligibility or RD certification, with a path to licensure within 6 months. Master’s degree and ACEND program completion are preferred; Epic experience is a plus.
The Registered Dietitian Clinical facilitates the nutrition care process to provide individuals with quality medical nutrition therapy for common disease states and/or to promote optimal wellness.
Registered Dietitian Clinical Pay Range: 29.14 - 44.94 Hourly
Registered Dietitian Specialist Pay Range: 32.02 - 49.44 Hourly
Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, labels, assess patient needs, operate monitors, identify equipment and supplies. Frequent interactions with patient care providers, patients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, alarms, needs, and issues quickly and accurately, particularly during emergency situations. Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use and typing for documenting patient care, accessing needed information, medication preparation, etc. For roles requiring driving: Expected to drive a vehicle which requires sitting, seeing and reading signs, traffic signals, and other vehicles.
