Job summary

North Lake Care Center in Lake Park, FL is seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian to deliver nutrition services to our residents. You will assess needs, develop personalized meal plans, and counsel residents and families while collaborating with the nursing team to support care plans.

Stay current with nutrition research, monitor interventions, and contribute to quality improvement in a supportive environment. A Level 2 background screening via the Florida Clearinghouse is required.

Qualifications

• Pass a Level 2 background screening via the Florida Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized meal plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Provide personalized nutrition counseling and education to residents and their families
• Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition interventions and make adjustments as needed
• Stay up-to-date on the latest nutrition trends and research to ensure our residents receive the best possible care
