Job summary
Plaza Health and Rehabilitation Center in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide comprehensive nutrition services to residents in a skilled nursing setting. You will assess nutritional status, develop interventions, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote health and quality of life.

Qualifications
- RD/RDN credential with Florida licensure requirements.
- Experience in long-term care facilities preferred.
- Knowledge of therapeutic diets and enteral nutrition.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments on admission and as needed.
- Develop individualized nutrition plans based on medical conditions and patient preferences.
- Monitor resident outcomes and adjust nutrition interventions accordingly.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team and communicate nutrition concerns.
- Review menus for nutritional adequacy and appropriateness for residents.
- Document progress and maintain HIPAA compliance in the medical record.
