Qualifications
- RD credential and state licensure to practice in Florida.
- Experience in clinical or community nutrition and resident counseling.
- Ability to develop nutrition plans and coordinate menus with food service.
Responsabilités
- Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for residents.
- Conduct assessments and evaluate residents' nutritional needs.
- Plan and implement menu options meeting dietary needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate care.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents and families.
- Manage food service operations including meal planning and prep.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance nutrition care.
