Senior Community Care of Michigan PACE in Lansing, MI is seeking a Registered Dietitian who travels to participant homes to provide medical nutrition therapy, nutrition assessment, and ongoing care planning.
You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, monitor changes in status, and support residents age 55 and older in a community setting. A valid RD license and 1+ year of elderly care experience are required.

Pay Range: $28.85-$35.10
Schedule: 8a-4:30p, 2-3 days a week
Senior Community Care of Michigan PACE provides healthcare and supportive services for individuals age 55 and older, helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes and communities. As a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) provider, our interdisciplinary teams deliver personalized, comprehensive care tailored to each participant’s needs. Located in Lansing, this community offers a welcoming, mid-Michigan setting with a strong sense of connection. Residents enjoy nearby parks, local dining, and cultural attractions, along with easy access to Michigan State University and the surrounding areas.
