Job summary

Baptist Health Lexington is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join the outpatient oncology team. You will provide medical nutrition therapy to cancer patients across the continuum, from prevention to palliative care, and document care in the medical record.

This full-time, days position requires a Bachelor's in Dietetics, a Kentucky Dietitian license, and at least one year of experience. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure continuity of nutrition services and

**Registered Dietitian – Outpatient Oncology****BAPTIST HEALTH LEXINGTON****FULL TIME - DAYS****Job Description:**Serving as a member of the multidisciplinary oncology team, the oncology dietitian in the outpatient setting provides nutritional services to cancer patients across the continuum of the cancer experience including identification of cancer patients at nutritional risk, provision of appropriate medical nutrition therapy for patients actively undergoing cancer treatment, primary prevention, secondary prevention, cancer recurrence, palliative care and community education. Collects, summarizes and reports data regarding patient care as related to nutrition services.The following list is not intended to be an all-exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities required and are subject to change from time to time.
