Baptist Health in Lexington, KY is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a full-time 1st shift in Outpatient Oncology. Under limited supervision you will provide medical nutrition therapy across outpatient oncology settings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.

You will assess nutritional needs, deliver MNT, provide counseling to patients and families, document care, and participate in tumor boards and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1 year of professional experience required.
• Licensed Dietitian in Kentucky or license-eligible with CDR; must become licensed within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional medical nutrition therapy in outpatient oncology.
• Assess nutritional needs and develop individualized MNT plans.
• Counsel patients and families and document progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in tumor boards.
• Support outpatient diabetes education services as needed.
