Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with Verification Statement.
• State licensure as required varies by state.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition care and treatment for residents.
• Collaborate with dietitians and clinical team to develop personalized nutrition plans.
• Complete clinical assessments and document in EMR; participate in care conferences.
