Job summary

NutraCo is seeking a compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our clinical nutrition team across Long Term Care facilities nationwide. You will play a pivotal role in residents' nutrition plans and collaborate with facility teams to deliver high-quality care.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with relocation options. You will work with a network of dietitians, participate in care planning, EMR documentation, and menu sign-offs to maintain excellent standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian with the CDR.
• State licensure as required varies by state.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care focusing on residents' nutrition needs.
• Collaborate with dietitians and clinical teams to tailor nutrition plans.
• Complete clinical assessments and chart in the EMR system; attend care meetings.
• Conduct meal rounds, sanitation audits, and sign off on menus.
